Chief Operating Officer of the Manufacturing Safety Alliance of BC, Wayne leads member engagement and advocacy and health and safety operations. Wayne brings extensive experience in production, distribution, and supply chain management in manufacturing, retail, and wholesale channels to his role. He has held multiple executive and consulting roles in various industries and continues to support business and academic communities as a BCIT business instructor and board member for organizations such as Canadian Manufacturers and Exporters and Habitat for Humanity Canada.
Wayne holds a Degree in Business from Sauder School of Business at University of BC, certifications from Harvard University in the Program for Leadership Development, Simon Fraser University in the Program for Executive Management and Leadership Development, and the BC Institute of Technology in the Operations Management Program. Past Chair of Habitat for Humanity Vancouver and member of the National Committee, Wayne is a member of the Governor General Leadership Conference of Canada and an alumnus of the Governor General’s Leadership Conference of Canada.
