Improving safety performance: A lean approach

Lean Thinking continues to be an elusive dream for many; however, its potential rewards continue to lure organizations towards successful adoption – why? Lean thinking’s strength lies in its ability to unite an organization many stakeholders towards goals that may differ depending on the individual, yet, cleverly achieve everyone’s desired outcomes. This creates a win-win scenario for every team, therefore promoting organisational synergy. Our session will investigate each of the following critical manufacturing metrics; Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Productivity and how Lean thinking delivers for each.
