Dawne holds a Masters Degree in International Marketing and Management (MBA) and an Evidence Based Coaching Certificate (EBC). The current focus of her work is building effective leadership skills at all levels within organizations. Dawne works with private and public sector organizations delivering leadership and management courses for both personal leadership and organizational leadership effectiveness.
Over 30 years working in a variety of roles across a scope of industries including consulting and business development, leadership development and coaching, change management, training and faculty at various post-secondary institutions, industry training, organizational development, facility and recreation management. Experience includes both union and non-union environments in small, medium and large institutional organizational environments.
